Sales is nothing just the transfer of enthusiasm.

Prospecting: Making possibilities into realities
The prospecting exercise was conducted in the class coupled with selling skill role plays. Students selected in different companies for SIP demonstrated the exercise with implementation of proper selling skills. Group exercise was initiated wherein they were encouraged to discuss the methods of prospecting, then call planning and finally a role play. The Activity covered all SIP Sectors and companies and all the students became familiar with the four areas. All students approved that irrespective of the sectors and companies, the selling skills have a lot in common. They all agreed that "Sales is nothing just the transfer of enthusiasm."

Total appreciation goes to Bhishm and Ajay

Dear Regional OW Coordinators,

Only 2 ROs [Goa & Lucknow] have sent their customized Prospecting ppts

You can see for yourself how creatively Mr.Bhishm Sharma of RO Goa, and Mr.Ajay Budhalakoti of RO Lucknow have customized the Prospecting ppt. Total appreciation goes to both of them.

Just 10 min of your time would have made a big difference.

The grand success of SIP 2008 [in terms of getting 100 percent internships with corporate] has proved that successful teams win wars even before they are fought.

Thus due to this operation workout we got the maximum exposure to customers and learnt how to interact and communicate effectively with them.

Firstly company manager Mr.Kulkarni told us all technical details of the bike and demonstrated lively how to interact with customers. Through out the whole activity Mr. Shrikant gawali was along with us. He allowed us to freely use our idea and techniques to deal with customers. As if he was applying theory Y on us.

Future plan

The company plans to launch a new model by Diwali and get more powerful e-bikes in the future.

Learning's

Through this marketing activity we enhance our selling and marketing skills and we got actual practical exposure for event management.
We learnt how to interact and communicate with customers effectively.
We learnt how to convert prospects in to successful customer.
Through this experience we get the confidence to handle the customers.
We realize the importance of team work .

Conclusion

In the today's context where all the nations are trying to minimize pollution problems, these bikes can be said as pioneers being electrically powered these bikes are forming new horizon over petrochemically powered vehicles. These bikes also playing important role to cut down flow of currency external countries, to meet heavy annual demand of fuels.
In the event the major quire was regarding the subdelearship in the outskirts of Solapur city. So that ordinary people of city can conveniently interact with the company in the future. The participation in the events like food festival can bring more profit for the company, as compared with the marketing activities like advertising through news papers and other print media.
